TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or playing Word Trap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. License & Fair Play

Word Trap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for personal amusement and competitive ranking. You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or external solver tools to artificially gain competitive advantage in ranked matches.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game's client, protocol, or dictionary validation rules.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or use offensive player handles or profile information.

2. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct (EULA)

Word Trap provides interactive features where players may display customized usernames, profile details, and interact via 1-on-1 gameplay. Word Trap strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

By using the app, you agree that you will not post, submit, or display any content that:

• Is offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or harassing.
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others.
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior.

Moderation & Enforcement:

• 24-Hour Review: Any player or content reported by users will be investigated by our moderation team within 24 hours.
• Immediate Ejection: Offending content will be promptly removed, and users violating these rules will be permanently ejected and banned from the platform.
• In-App Safety Tools: Players have the ability at any time to block abusive players and flag inappropriate content directly from player profiles, leaderboards, and game screens.

3. Virtual Economy & Purchases

Word Trap may include virtual coins, cosmetic items, or ad-removal packages. All virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Purchases made via Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) or Google Play Billing are subject to the respective platform's standard purchase and refund policies.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in breach of our fair play standards, zero-tolerance content policy, cheating, or abusive behavior, without prior notice or refund of virtual items.

5. Limitation of Liability

Word Trap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

6. Safety Contact & Reporting Abuse

To report objectionable content, abusive players, or for questions regarding these Terms, contact our safety team directly at support@wordtrap.app. All reports are processed within 24 hours.
